Thumbs up Zero Financing

I just saw a commercial for Piazza Acura/Honda (Mike's father and brother) in PA for zero financing for all TL's...looks like they are moving them out for the new models.

Same here in SoCal- at least one Acura dealer (Thousand Oaks) has an ad in the paper for 0% on the 2008 TL.

I went through that offer... It is without the $2500 dealer cash back. You can also get 0.9% Apr with $500 cash back from American Honda Financial.

Acura typically only offers the low rates (0% or 0.9%) for 36 months. If you have the jack to pay the higher monthly (vs. 48, 60 mo, etc) then its a good deal.

Yeah it is fixed at 0.9% upto to 48 Months or 2.9% up to 60 months.

I worked out the number and it worked out to be cheaper talking the dealer cash back ($2500) and 4.79% Apr new car loan from Bank of America. So even if I make every single payment for 48 months I still save and keeping the purchase price low is a good, just in case if you loose your car (theft, total etc)

So, you are saying that you are paying less than 2500 in intrest over 48 months. What price did you get the car at? Also they have gap insurance that will cover anything in between if the insurance company tries ot get ya. it is about 500 more.

I got it for $33489 + Tax and Title. The biggest factor here is how much money you will be financing. For me I financed about 24000. So the cash back worked better....

John is right. It is better to get the cash back incentive and finance thru your bank. At the end you will probably save more than getting the 0.9 financing. But tomorrow will be the last day for the special promotion.
