Zaino and Windows (for newbies)
I asked about this in a previous thread since I'm a relative newbie and didn't know much about Zaino and whether it was good for glass (most discussions center around the paint) and I had others PM asking for more info.
Basically, it's pretty damn good and I'm completely happy with Zaino on glass. Here's what I used:
Z-12 Clear-View Glass Polish:
This is what made the difference for me. Even delivered from the dealer, the glass needed a good polish. Reflections were a bit hazy. Used this stuff (has mild abrasives) and glass was completely smooth again.
Z-2 Show Car Polish for Clear Coated Car Finishes:
This gives the windows the same protection it does for paint. I was unsure about this since I'm a Zaino newbie but a quick email from Sal put my mind at ease. I put 3 coats on. Everything just beads right off and doesn't stick.
Z-6 Ultra Clean Gloss Enhancer Spray
Damn I love this stuff! Gives the shine on the windows 'depth' (only way I can think to describe it.) I also use it after washes.
Really helps windows in rainy conditions. Beads right off and in light rain, I don't even use my wipers.
Hope this helps.

Let me know after 3 coats of z2 if you start getting lines around where the wipers move. I have used z6 alone because I didn't want to witness this "build up" you often get from waxing windows.

I'm a little wary of that too so I've decided that after the 3 coats (which I've already put on), I'm going to use Z-6 for maintainence until I notice that the beading effect becomes poor.
