Zaino Pics @ 4 Months

Finally after weeks of on and off rain, it is nice and sunny here in L.A., so BOTH Acuras got a bath! They looked so nice, I had to take some pics.

The cars were last Zaino'd in November, and are holding up pretty well. I will probably Z them again in April.

Not a Zaino question, but looking at picture #3: Is the TL that much lower than the TSX? It looks like the mirror is about 4" lower on your white TL. Did you have it lowered, or is it just optical illusion based on the TSX being a bit more forward in the pic? Thanks.

Zaino is a show-car polish that leaves a clear and deep/wet looking finish on your car. Many users on this forum swear by it.

Ahhh, shiny is good
How long should you wait before applying Zaino on a new car? I've heard you should wait 6 months after getting a new car before applying any wax to it to let the paint fully dry. Is this true with Zaino? Thnx!

You can wax the car the first day you have it. That was true with older cars now with the newer cars the paint is already cured when you pic it up...

Hi!

YES - The TL IS lower than the TSX. The TSX is a relatively high car. This allows a lot of interior space in a compact package. We didn't realize it ourselves until recently, when we had the cars side-by side.

NO - I don't Z6 after washing at all, but it would make it even better. I only do it after polishing to get it all super-smooth and remove any residue.

By the way, the TSX is un-garaged, so it is outside 24/7. Since the TL is newer, it gets the garage!

Zaino is an easy-to-use polymer car polish developed for show cars that gives a great shine and very long-lasting protection. www.zainostore.com.

Very very nice...I have loved the results on my WDP...I use the Z6 every wash and it is fantastic. not only do you get the great shine, but it helps to repel dust/dirt (accd to the manuf)

Also, is the TL really garaged only because its new, or perhaps because it is yours

VTEC - (LOL) - A little of both, actually. I DID offer to park outside, but my wife doesn't feel confortable backing out around my "larger" car.

I will start using the Z6 after washing, it does touch up the shine very well.

One one of the other posts, someone suggested diluting it 50% with distilled water. Anyone have experience with this?
