80,81,82 as well.

Top 20 on 20, and U-Pop.

And try this in traffic, when yer frustrated.. put on 150 and listen to stand up comics.. You have to concentrate on listening to them so you less-concentrate on being angry at the 5mph idiots on I75/85 northbound. Works great for me.

And mix the seat-heaters with 103 AudioVisions, and relax.. just don't crash.

I used to have XM a few years ago in my Accord so it was very nice to have it back.

40 - Deep Tracks, 50, 51 and a few others in the 40's and 50's range, and 104 are playing my favorite music, such as

Yes
Genesis (with Peter Gabriel)
Brian Eno
Adrien Belew
Rick Wakeman
Gentle Giant
King Krimson
Grateful Dead
Allman Brothers
Robert Fripp
Jon Anderson
Beatles
Pink Floyd (early with Sid Barret)
and much much more

I also love 151 and 152 for comedy, and 6,7,8 for 60's, 70's, 80's music.

I've had my car for about a month now, but haven't explored all the stations. I usually keep it on 80, 81, or 82.

I sometimes go to 8.

I've tried the comedy stations around 150 or whatever - they're pretty good.

I need to check out the sports stations.

Wouldn't know. I've got CATV at home ....

I've listened to channels - 80, 81, 82.
Not my style, but glad folks like them!

The U-Pop channel (29) isn't bad.

Still exploring ....

No.. Direct TV is Music Choice.. which is like a jukebox of music (and really bad selections IMO).

Xm is real radio.. real DJs.. real live concerts (good ones)... real artists talking about their music...

A lot better... esepcially when you are driving. I mean if you want music with nothing else, you can burn a CD right?!

Well the Direct-TV IMHO music channels are great for around the house, however, that said the XM stations sound good.

I haven't checked them all out yet, but I like switching from 4-the 40s, through 9- the 90's. It is interesting to listen to music from different era's even though I grew up listening to the 70's and 80's.

When I hear how innocent the music was from the 40's-50's, it makes you wonder what the hell has happened to our society.

When you watch TV Land, and see Leave It To Beaver, Father Knows Best, etc. compared to today's shows, it again makes you wonder where we are headed. In thirty years, God only knows how sick our society will have become if we allow extreme liberals to destroy all our values and morals. :banghead:

Ok, rant over, but it does make me wonder about society when I listen to older music.

Agreed! I definitely would like more than 6 presets ....

I think it's done that way because each preset also maps to a button on the console when in XM mode.

My favorite is "71" Watercolors. Sounds great on our system too. Contempory Jazz and great music for the drive.

Yes, it would be nice to have more presets since there are so many good channels.

You realize there are 2 sets of 6 presets for XM, right? XM1 and XM2.

Yes. I do realize that, but it's still not enough! :-)
I want 30 presets like my wife's XM Commander add-on
10 buttons / 3 groupings A - B - C.
