WTF!!! Someone stole my stock wheels

And well, you know, old thread, old car. But honestly, I googled it and ended up at this thread. I doubt things have changed much in 7 years for this kind of thread!

Dude I am so sorry! I would cry a single tear like an indian if I walked out to this.
Like others have said, wheel locks are a must. They are by no means undefeatable, but can be the difference.
One time, the guys at Bickford Ford (yeah I said it!) were balancing/rotating my tires. My 2002 RL had flower shaped locks and the tech lost my wheel lock socket. They had a box of about 100 random flower sockets, and spent 30 minutes trying to find a matching shape. Guess what? They couldn't! The patterns all looked the same so it was hard to believe, but none of them fit.
Luckily, one smart kid scanned the parking lot and found it next to a storm drain grate, 2 inches from being lost forever. The GD tech had left it on the lug and when the car was driven out it was flung off! What a joke.
Moral of the story is the lock nuts are not universal. I have seen firsthand.
I still buy my tires from Bickford because they have the best deals, but I have to rake them over the coals about that lock nut every time I am there. That won't happen again I am sure.

Yeah, Flip. Don't be leaving your 19s around for prying fingers to get a hold on

Still don't have my car back. They are buying me a reconditioned rim, tire and new wheel lug nuts (those were stolen too). Also a wheel alignment and a check to see the rotors are intact...
Meanwhile I have a Toyota Camry 2011 loaner. I love this Camry.
Now to get my other Acura (2013) TL taken care of. Looks like another loaner in my future until the airbag inflator gets replaced.
Right now I'm not having fond thoughts about Acuras.
