You'll definitely make more parting everything out, provided you have the OEM parts and do the work yourself. Otherwise, it's probably break even with selling the car as is.

Hey JD just sold his modded '07 TLS and got a great price for it. No reason you shouldn't as well.
Good luck! Sorry you need to get out from under, but wish you all the best.

Ummm... doubtful.
I paid $32K brand new. Supercharger is more of liability than an asset , and 6sps are harder to sell. You'd be quite lucky to get $30K as is IMHO.
That's hot piece of equipment there, that requires a "special" buyer.

I would love to have that super charger. If i were you i would try to keep it, but its up to you financially, its off season in FL. now business is pretty much slow everywhere. Once season hits again thats when i get rich!

You will lose money big time if you sell. We are at the end of the model year and dealers are almost dumping 07's. As others said, a car that has expensive alterations and is owned by a younger person implies possible racing abuse. May not be the case but it looks like a duck.
If you must sell it, I suggest that you put it back to near factory and at least take off the supercharger. Better yet, just keep it, sounds like a nice car.

03 TL_S $600 is a huge monthly payment, if your situation is bad then rather sell at a loss of a few grand now rather than risk having it repo'ed, ruined credit, etc. The situation will improve sooner or later and you'll be able to afford another one of these, or even better. Do what you think is right to do at the moment.

well going into it thinking that you're going to get your money back is wrong to begin with. you can part it out, but thats about it. or sell it to a friend and give them a great deal like I plan on doing...
modding your car is not a total waste of money. look at that RonJon add in teh corner, that my friend is not a waste of money. Its all how the owner feels....
you will NEVER make money or get back what you put into any car......well, for the most part.
