I have PIAA's and I wasn't too happy after seeing streaks, but as members here mentioned it's due to the silicon. I am impressed that the blades are still in great condition despite having them for over a year now.

I have BOSCH ICON's sitting in my garage WAITING because I didn't anticipate the lifespan of the PIAA's.

Rain X was good at first, but given about half a year they completely sucked.

I use PIIA and they are good.

I had one on the driver-side of my 02 Maxima before I sold it to buy my 05 TL. Same size so I took off and placed it on the TL.

They do last longer than normal blades.

PIAA update

Went ahead and bought the 26" PIAA Forza Hybrid Silicones and the 19" PIAA Super Sporza SiliconeW/Spoiler and installed them a few weeks ago. They look great and, so far, I'm really impressed with the way they handle their job (we've been getting a bit drenched up here in the northeast lately).

I want to thank everyone who chimed in again about all their "blade" choices, etc!

Safe riding! (...oops, I mean "Driving"!).

I have 21" and 19" for PIAA Super Silicone blades...you got a 26"???

I might try Sporza later...but super silicone works awesome for now.

I replaced my RainX Latitudes with PIAA Sporzas and love 'em! I especially like the "Star Wars" effect when you leave the rain droplets on the windshield and then get up to speed...

It's about time to replace my Super Silicones and thinking about going with the Sporza's. For those that have these, does the passenger side wiper make full contact at the edge of the windshield? I have noticed that my current set doesn't contact the windshield, about a 4-5in section, near the bottom of it's swipe (down near the bottom of the windshield). It doesn't effect visibility since it's on the far side but it annoys me for some reason. Sorry for the bad explaination but hopefully that makes sense.

Anybody using the curved PIAA's? I wonder if this is the answer since these may fit the curvature of the windshield better.

I recently bought Triple Edge silicone wipers from Walmart. They were about $7 a wiper plus with a lifetime warranty with free replacement (pay shipping) which is mostly why I bought them. So far they have been working great, but I don't think the triple edge blade makes any difference than a normal blade.

My set of Sporzas give a clean swipe on both sides with full contact.

I've been pretty happy with some curved, aero wipers from NAPA.

Now I am confused. PIAA Super Silicone or Bosch Icons? Who have tried both of them? Thanks.

Thanks for the info, probably going to go with these. Where did you get them? I got my last set of PIAA's from the Pep Boys website but it doesn't look like they carry the Sporzas I need. Sounds like some are getting them at Tirerack but not sure if there are better prices elsewhere.

I got mine at the Auto Anything website, there may be others that are cheaper so check around.

I have an NBP and purchased them in black but they also sell the carbon fiber wipers.

Good luck.
