Wing holes covered by trunk decklip?

Wing holes covered by trunk decklip?
Hey guys I read another post that said the holes from your trunk wing will be covered up by a decklip or type s spoiler, and yes I know you have to plug the old holes to prevent leakage. Is this accurate? Thanks in advance
If you look closely you'll see the line from the lip spoiler.
So just covers one side of the holes.
