In short, yes. What is needed to make these work, with part numbers and all (i.e. an itemized list)? I know the control arm, tie rods, calipers, and some other minor hardware is needed. Will the Brembos work with the HFP Silver Stars (with the 45 or 55 offset, not sure which one applies to my 17" wheels).

You might do better in the accord forums where others may have done this mod.
TL owners tend to know what fits their cars- not what other cars their parts fit

try vendor Excelerate- he knows this stuff and can hook you up with Wilwood brake 6 piston/pot calipers for a good price
