Talking Will Tinting the windows interfere with the Navigation

I have been looking at some threads and some of them say that people are having problems with their tint. They say that their window tint is interfering with their navigation...is this true? i am planning to get formula 1 tint.

Holy busted buttons, Batman, my SEARCH button doesn't work either!!!

You know, I think there are just as many threads about this as there about the ASPEC suspension...

Now, as penance for my smart-@$$ remarks, here's a tip...get ceramic...

As chill_dog said, lots of threads/post regarding this topic. You should not have any problems with F1 Pinnacle. A lot of folks have used this film and they are very happy with the way it looks and most of all no interference with GPS signals. Good choice!

Seems to just be the matalic stuff that causes problems. Does anyone know where the GPS antenna is located, I always thought it was in the same housing as the XM antenna(well, until I started hearing about these tint probs a few months ago).

Actually it's under the rear shelf, just forward of the speaker (woofer).

You have to remove the rear shelf, the trunk trim, and the rear seat back, to get to it.
