Maybe that leather repair stuff for couches, but other then that? Maybe you could buy one from an acura bone yard(I shutter at the thought). I do know how to prevent this from happening in the future

It happen to me once when I went to honk the horn. Got a little scratch on the top part of the cover. Not that noticeable.

lol...what happened to just bitting your nails?... ...but enough with the jokes, i'd say stop by your local auto store and buy some "leather" repair stuff , take your time in applying it and should be ok....I had some leather seat tear due to someone having "studded jeans...grrr" and although it wasn't perfect, it was undetectable...good luck (sorry can't remember the name of the product)...
It comes in tube form with a number of colors for color matching, an applicator, mixer etc...
