I see the light....
OK.
I see it now. Looks good. It appears the removable plastic covers have been taken off and spray painted. WalMart sells a plastic paint in any color you want.
I have seen the main engine cover painted red and it looked pretty good.
I don't think you would need high temperature paint on those parts I see. They are all plastic and should not see temps higher than about 180 degrees at most. The engine itself near the water jackets is not going to see higher than 215 degrees. Only the exhaust manifolds are going to get hotter than that and they are quite a bit lower.

Engine appearance item...
I had a little corrosion thing going on (from the factory) with the V-Tech 3.2 lettering on the intake manifold. I polished it with aluminum polish. Not it looks shiny like chrome instead of brushed aluminum.
Anyone find a good way to keep that looking good?

you need to use high temp paint, probably engine block paint, which will resist heat up to 500 degrees.
No, you can't powdercoad plastic
TO ensure it sticks, use some adhesive promoter first. But as long as you clean the pieces with a grease/oil remover (dawn) or any dish detergant, you shoud be fine

I would love to do that to my car...
Let's see NBP - so I'll have to buy black paint.... OHHHHHH WAIT....
Nevermind the engine's plastic is already black...
My bad...
