Lightbulb Where to Purchase LED turn signals

Hi Folks,

So with my headlights blacked out, I find that the stock bulb's output is non sufficient during the day and I am looking to replace them with LED bulbs.

VLED used to carry them but they are now discontinued. Anyone know of another vendor that sells 7443 LED bulbs?

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED/T...-p4783286.html

I dont want switch-backs as i prefer amber bulbs with brighter output than stock halogen.

Thanks in advance

Really appreciate the quick response. Hows their shipping to Toronto?

No problem =)

I havn't ordered any bulbs off them (but looking to buy turn signals also) but I'd allow 1-2 weeks.

Should take less - someone from Alberta got their order within 4 business days.

I can certainly guarantee you your stock halogen bulbs will have more output then an LED replacement. Your mistake was blacking out your reflectors completely.

Shipping here always sucks cashwise, though. And don't forget to order a resistor, otherwise they'll flash super-quick.

Autolumination took me a bit long to receive my pair of 60 [or was it 68?] smt switch backs v2.
They now make a 120. DO WANT.

Their prices are reasonable, have relatively good customer service (although, before, it seemed they were horrible). I can't recall, but I think it somewhere around 10 business days to receive my order.

It took MUCH longer for my replacement when one of my LEDs fried.

Also, you may want to get load resistors. Unless you like hyperflashing =p

+1.
Although it seems at night the LEDs do appear much brighter than halogens.

I'm not sure how amber (orange) LEDs appear in day time but white totally sucks. Hardly visible at all.

General consensus seems to be halogens are brighter during the day, LEDs seem brighter at night.

Someone is selling some headlight reflectors in the FS section. I still don't understand why people on here completely black out their reflectors, it makes your corner lights look like a blob at night, not to mention the fact that it makes your signals almost completely useless during the day.

Yup!

Also, the way you painted your reflectors shouldn't affect light output, right? (I'm about to black out my headlights soon as I get headlight butyl )

I was just going to post that picture actually. The way I painted mine still provides a blacked out look while still maintaining the most important area of the reflector. There will still be some lose of reflectivity but not too much.

06 Stock

Reflector above & amber diffuser

Reflector above & type S diffuser (My new headlights im still working on)
