like the title says i was wondering where the south bay people got their keys programed at? i already have it cut i'm just interested it getting the immobilzer programed. i know oakland acura does it but they're like a 40min drive.. anyone know where i can get this done in the san jose area? thanks

 

any acura dealer or locksmith should be able to do it. Make sure that when you get the key cut (assuming its the modded switchblade to 04-06 tl's) that they align the keys via the bump stops and not at the back of the key. Make sure when you go to get it programed that you take all of your keys

 

The place I went to was in Oakland. I'm sure any Acura dealer can program it for you..

i went to a locksmith who said he could do it and then in the end he just cut my key only.. the problem is with some dealers i've talked to they want 90 to have it programed only. i guess ill call up some more locksmiths

 

as of i know, you cant get the switchblade key for 04-06 anymore. the only guy known to have made them has stopped sorry fellas
