where do you get the aspec type s 07 lip that will fit the 04-07 or do i need the the 07 type s bumper?

 

you will need the 07 type s bumper to make the 07 lip fit properly

Yes it will, but you need to cut the bumper to fit it in. If you want a direct fit, then go with the standard aspec. IMO, the type S is worth the cut. Then you can fit the type-s exhaust or other aftermarket ones.
