I just removed the front license plate and wanted the word ACURA more visible. I saw few members got their word in black (I'm assuming it's sticker/decal) but can't find where except one on ebay for more than $36 which I think is way overpriced.
Anyone knows the website or something where I can get it cheaper?

Yes....the one on ebay you are talking about and showing is the same one I have....it is a raised decal with a carbon fiber look. (actually...I think I was one of the first around here to get one of these things back in the day) Those are the best way to go. You can get a cheapie flat decal for under $10 if thats what you want though...

This is true. Been the flat route already. They are generally made from three to five year materials that dont last over the winters here in Indiana...which makes em one year decals here. The raised ones have not even come loose on mine...and its been through a winter already? Still looks new and no lifting or peeling whatsoever. Although $36 does seem like more than I paid....but it was a long time ago too....

here i made mine out of a reflective black sticker, i made a template of the letters w/ paper, then used an xacto knife to cut them out. i bought the sheet of sticker online for $12 shipped i have enough material to make like five or six more!




here it is again w/ the flash on. it will reflect any light and looks black in the day
btw it adheres very well its on there good, i've washed my car several times and it shows no sings of coming off

I really like the black decals on the WDP cars, but not sure that a white decal would look good on the dark colored cars.

I have the flat one in carbon fiber look. It's a few dollars more than the plane black. So far so problem after all the washes.
