I've been searching for clear headlights and couldn't find any...and pointers????

 

No aftermarket.......yet. There is DIY------>Clears

 

Also, depending on where you live, there might be some local body shops that will do them as well.

 

i want a socal body shop to do my headlights, or at least another person that knows what they are doing to help me

the tl is my first car and i dont feel comfortable doing the headlights myself.

 

^if you want to drive up to norcal I will be redoing mine (bored of cleared headlights, wished i blacked them out...so i'm going to do just that) so you can watch and do yours as well

 

I might be interested in driving up to nor cal, when are you planning on doing your headlights? I'm in so cal, and I want to better leran how to do this. I did the clear lights on my 99 accord myself , but with time they got yellowish and lots of condensation build up. I want to try an avoid that if possible this time. Plus I would like to black them out too, since I have NBP TL.

i also contact local shops on where i can aquire such aftermarket item, but the reply i got was that the government is makin all the company recall all the clear headlights because it is illegal
but i guess there always loop holes or connection.

When are you going to do this subinf? I've been wanting to plan a long road trip some weekend in the upcoming weeks! I was planning on going to Salt Lake, but this would make me change my location! Keep us up on the plans!

 

i'm not really sure yet. i can pretty much do it whenever...last week of june i have some free time...a few days in july. i'm pretty flexible depending on how many are interested from socal
