what's your favorite aspect of the 3g tl?

^ nobody cares, take the argument to PMs no use in getting a perfectly good thread locked again with petty bickering over the internet.
back on topic, i think the looks inside and out are what keep me smiling every time

I like the gauge illumination, overall size of the car, sporty ride quality, memory seating, and body style of the car, among other things.

Factors I personally like are
Majestic...Responsiveness...Stability...Even if you are driving an Acura TL 3G your eyes are rooted on another Acura TL 3G while on road...I simply enjoy the way it looks (from any direction/angle)....

Agreed....sort of. Many V8 powered cars especially the LSx cars like the Vettes are within 1-2mpg of the TL with drastically more power so I think they win the power/speed to fuel economy contest. It is nice though if you feel like driving 60mph you can knock down 33+mpg.
Off topic but I followed my friend's Z06 to Vegas for 3 hours at 2AM with the cruise set at 110mph on the deserted freeway sections with an average of 101mph because we slowed to the speed limit through cities. I can't remember now if I got 26mpg or 27mpg but I remember I only beat him by 1mpg. Impressive for both cas but even moreso for his.

the navi screen. i always get compliments from friends & family on how big the navi screen is. compared with my friend's 2G TL, it really is a BIG improvement.
the interior space. since most of my friends have DUI's (knock on wood), i'm usually the DD for the night. glad to say we ALL fit comfortably. but when my friend offers to drive us in his IS350, that's just a different story.
i love the overall look of the car, with the addition of h&r springs and an a-spec kit. i love parking FAR away from everyone else at any parking lot, so when it's time to walk back to my car, i can stare at it longer and say to myself, "damn. that's mine."

The sleeper/baller look. I am running over double stock hp and no one is the wiser. A LSD that makes it possable to lay down that type of power. I did have fun smoking the inner tire in the twistys but the LSD makes for a faster ride and the TQ doesn't hurt.

It's funny, I never use the touch screen if I can avoid it simply because I don't like getting fingerprints all over it that then make it hard to see if the sun hits it at the wrong angle. I really like having the voice-control and the joystick available as alternatives to touching the screen. Whenever I ride with someone who has a Garmin or similar device where you have no choice but to touch the screen I am always reminded how much I like having the option. (That's not to say I don't appreciate that the touch-screen option is there. I do. I just don't use it.)

looks like this thread spiraled off course for a second...glad were back on topic. =)
so the consensus is that everyone likes the overall look of the car, exterior n interior styling. i like the "sleeper look" that 'hi speed' pointed out. it's a good feeling knowing you have a nice looking car, right off the assembly line.
another thing i like about it is the style lines that go down the sides of the door panels...suddle detail that really stands out imo.
all in all, acura did a hell of a job designing the 3rd gen TL...i can't think of another car that even looks similar to it in terms of styling and performance. i had wanted an 07-08 type s for years, finally got one and couldn't be any happier. now i just have to keep in mind that i have PAYMENTS each month, and not to use that $$$ on mods and perks for the car...jeez...this is gonna be tought.
thanks everyone for the replies, keep em coming.

My favorite aspect is the interior design. In my opinion, the overall interior design is a classic sporty look with perfect lines, proportions, and is very well laid out. There are few other manufacturers' designs that come even close to the design of the 3G TL.

I love the lines, navigation, 5 spoke wheels, the stance, a sporty look with 4 doors, and the fact that a female co-worker in the office (who drives a red ZO6) looks at it and said "Is that a new BMW?"... 5 years and a 100k miles later and it still looks better than 95% of the cars out there today, oh and the maintenance. In 3 years, I've been to the shop for oil and tires....
