What's the difference in decklid spoilers?

What's the difference in decklid spoilers?
2004-2006's vs the Type-S for 07. They look the same to me. Do both attatch with tape or tape/screws? Thanks in advance.

04~06 are oem around $350 whereas 07 type-s is only $105

people compared that 07 type-s is wider, which most people find it look nicer
