Owned my 07 type s for 8 years. Parked it a year ago to do some repairs and maintenance. Ever since driving it again i dont remember it riding this rough/noisy. My control arms and ball joints were replaced maybe 20k miles ago, sway bar end links seem ok. Shocks arent leaking and car isnt bouncing in the front end but u hear and feel every little imperfection and sometimes its jarring. I put General G Max tires on which was a mistake. They ride rough and are noisy af. I will be replacing those with some Nokian Ones i grabbed for almost nothing so maybe that will help some. Wind noise is more noticable than i remember maybe the door seals are bad? What all else do i need to look at? This thing makes my 4x4 Tundra feel like a Cadillac

Every small road imperfection popped me from my seat. Using the bounce test, the front had very little bounce, the rears more. No leaks anywhere in the shocks. In fact, all 4 shocks were gone. One was so bad, I could compress with my arms. I think the road bumps were making the shocks bottom out at the bump stops.

I replaced the shocks with Koni orange (if you go with koni, read all postings. You will need spacers in the rear.) and have liked them (but I don't push the car, my original brake pads lasted 16 years and about 100k).
