What is this piece called on my door trim (pic)

I had an installer put tweets in my door panel and he fu**ed it up ! He dremmeled towards the top front part of the panel . What part is that called ? I was thinking I might be able to buy that black trim piece and place the tweeters in the stock . The custom installer thats suppose to do my installation cant do my custom fab dash the way I want it . So looking other options

There's two links to the door parts, hopefully you will be able to spot the part of the door from the diagrams. Right now I am confused at what part exactly you are talking about.

The top leather trim is apart of the whole door panel assembly IIRC.

Why do you need to replace it?

lol ...this mofo that installed my tweeters dremmeled my tweeters in there and it doesnt look right . Doesnt fit right ,I was thinking custom fiber glass but I thought maybe I can just buy that small leather trim part . I guess not You live and you learn dont ever get installation from people you havnt seen work of . Just found some random dude off craigslist for audio installation and he just fucked it up . You get what you payed for I have pics of it on my phone but cant post them for some reason . Heck I could of done a better job dremmeling

Yeah there really isn't a very good place to flush mount tweeters on our doors. Been installing quite a while myself and I would rather go through the trouble of running the tweeter wiring from the crossover back into the car to the factory tweeter location.

Thats what I wanted to do at first but this installer said it doesnt need to be there ....he said trust me ...? Oh well probably gonna do custom fiber glass when Im ready . The best place for tweeters would be in the A pillars facing eye level facing horizontal ....too bad we have ABS airbags there
