Just wondering on your specs at this point. I heard the same thing last week. Car was to be swapped yet they got it before it hit the other dealership so we would get it faster.
I am getting Black / Black Auto with Navi.

Just got my Anthacite/Ebony/6MT/NAV/HPT. I wish I could have waited longer to get a cheaper price, but was on a rental so it was costly to wait as well. Besides, unclear when things would have gotten cheaper. Still excited about the car though!

My 05 SSM AT Navi with Protection Package is on the lot and awaiting my arrival. I shopped extensively in the Ohio/Pennsylvania area and found a good deal about 250 miles from my home. The bottom line is 33150 plus tax. The Pittsburgh dealships were most uncooperative as they offered 500-700 dollars off the MSRP while repeatedly warning me about the dangers of buying a car "out east" Sheer poppycock, for certain.

Just put a deposit on an 05 NBP/Quartz/Navi/5AT got the dealer in New Orleans to $33900 with protection package and free oil changes for life.... cant decide if I want a spoiler and the underbody kit... ok I want it but dont know when I'll get it.

I got mines for $33,677.00 ($31,852 base + $1825 navi) + TT&L, from Sterling Mcall Acura. It was the best price that I was able to get from any dealer in Houston.
If anyone in Houston is looking contact Philip Chen at Sterling Mcall Acura.

Gotta drive to Cleveland from DC to get it but it will be worth it.

New to the board & just bought an '05 in late Sept.
$33,400 ($2040 off MSRP) - I had to battle a bit to negotiate them down and almost walked out twice, but after a few discussions it finally worked to my advantage during the last few days of September.
2005 - 5AT w/ Navi - Anthracite/Ebony
Just got my VIN the other day (high 2000s). I take delivery sometime next week (most likely Friday - just in time to play with it all weekend)...can't wait!

Mine is on order for $33,000 + TTL for a 6MT/Nav with rear wing spoiler, splash guards, and wheel locks. Build date around the 15th and delivery around the end of the month. This is gonna be a long 3 weeks!

what city?
Does your price include Destination charge?
#58
I'm getting it in Jacksonville, FL. And yes, that does include the destination charge.
I think part of the reason I got such a great price was because I placed the order at the end of last month. But I could be wrong.

I am getting quotes in Oregon of $1500 off MSRP = $32100. for an 05/AT/No-Nav. w/ protection package. I can't seem to get it any lower than $32K. I guess they have a monopoly or base they all agreed not to go under? Maybe I'll try at the end of the month and see if they will budge b/c I'm in no hurry.

Well, it's a done deal. I got 32K from a dealer 100 miles away and a 3-4 week order time, but a local one gave me $32.5K with protection package +TTL ($218). $500 more for no long distance travel, loss time and most importantly... 4 weeks of pure enjoyment, worth it to me. Got my car from Acura of Portland (OR) from Chan. Good guy to deal with and he knows his stuff. He even said he would give me $150 for any referrals. Who knows if he's serious or not, but if you end up going there tell them Ken Bee sent you and if they send me $150, I'll send you back half! Good luck to everyone else out there.

32k w/nav?
If anyone is giving the quote of a "navless" '05, make sure you say so since the title of this thread is "What are people getting quoted for a 2005 with Nav"

Jones Acura, Lancaster, PA
I just picked up my 2005 Auto with navi, ABP/camel, for $32,873 base price, 2,597 below sticker. (I added on some extras, but they gave a reasonable price on them as well). It was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've ever had as well.

BTW, you didn't have a trade-in to muddy the water did you?

I hate dealers who say that the price of your new car depends upon whether or not you have a trade-in. IMHO they are totally separate negotiations.

This is an great forum for me. It looks like the lowest price most are getting with Navi is just over $33,300.
When I got my 2003 TL-S the price was around the same or maybe even a tad higher so it is great to see that Acura is so competitive and able to offer so much more in the new TL at almost the same price as the last car. This is how it should be.
My father works for Honda so these prices never apply to me but it is great to see how low you are all able to get the prices down. Shows how competitve Acura is and promise for the company as a whole.
Congrats to all new TL owner's, I will be joining the ranks in just under a month. Can't Wait...

Yeah.. Honda really takes care of their employees. I am trying to get into their IT staff but that is going to be a long waiting list.
As for the pricing, they have not opened it up yet, but if the pricing is anything like my 2k3 tls, then the Navi option will only bring it up to $29k.
With A-Spec it should be around $32k before taxes. (I don't believe employees ahve to pay for any installation since i did not on my 2k3. Not to mention they give you back the destination cost.) I love Honda!!

man!! these prices are far better then here in Nashville. i went to the lone Nashvegas dealer, and every 05 they have they have added options, like the "all weather floor mats" and some other stuff, but all 5 '05s they had were $36,000+
if i can get an '05 for less the $34,000ill drive some way

Thanks for everyone's help. I just put my deposit down with Reading Acura of Reading PA. '05 6spd Navi Black Camel HP tires and lip spoiler for $33,822. That includes tags and fees, no trade in. Duval was more for me after they nailed me with their "dealership" fees. I highly recommend Reading Acura as I've dealt with the sales manager as well. Very straight up guys. You also can't go wrong with Chris Shaughnessy of Clevland Acura. He matched the price but couldn't find my color combo. There's really a bunch of great dealerships out there that are willing to give you good value. You have to just spend some time making calls and negotiating and, in my case, take a $62 Greyhound to PA for pickup! At least my salesman is picking me up at the terminal. Good luck everyone!
