IDK- I started looking for a replacement for my TL a couple of years ago and didn't find the right car at that point. I didn't like the manuals on the 335is and G37, didn't like the interiors or felt that the other choices weren't much of an upgrade compared to the TL, etc. etc.
It might be best to get both a luxury car and a sports car to replace the TL, but my wife will want a new vehicle shortly.
Maybe she'll like an A6 or A7.

I like the new style Mustangs (2013). Can be had at a reasonable price and put out stock over 300HP with a V6 or 400+ with the V8. With a few mods they can sound nastyyyy.
Also when buying my TL the other car I was looking at was 06-08 Dodge Charger SRT8's.
Im more of a muscle car guy but with an infant baby I had to be responsible. :-/ ..... (for now)

I think I'm gonna go with something more boring next time so I'll be more inclined to work on the hobby car or some other projects. I bought this car thinking it was gonna be boring and I keep effing with it. Probably an Accord, or if GM finally gets their act together I'll buy another Chevy or a Buick.

'07 TL Type-S
First car that came to mind was an Audi S5. It's the next car I'm aiming for. Either that or a truck.

Only car I really see myself getting if I couldn't have another TL.
But honestly...KBP TL Type-S...

Probably gonna keep the TL around until engine blows or gearbox fails.
Next brand new car:
Boxster S
Lexus GS
F150 King Ranch Ecoboost
Future project cars:
E46 M3
2007 Land Cruiser
E39 Touring
Funny how a couple kids later your tastes are influenced by your needs.

Buick Regal GS has an optional 6-speed manual and comes w/ Brembos. That's comparable to the TL Sport. It's FWD powered by a high output 4-cyl Turbo making 270hp at 5300rpm and 294lb/ft at 2400rpm. Also comes with a stainless 3" dual exhaust. Not bad.

When I came back from the 'Stan I was honestly looking for an IS350 but found my KPB so I jumped on it. The IS just feels a little more upscale and a bit quicker without sacrificing too many MPG.

I almost bought a Camry SE V6 instead of the TL
It was way more comfy over the bumps and such, but the TL handles so much better.
Plus, I always wanted this body style TL.... In this color combo too. Had to buy it.

Of the current and slightly used cars, very few actually interest me. I would like a E46 M3 but just thinking about the possible VANOS problem is painful enough, plus the expensive maintenance required. Coming from a E90, the new 3's don't look appearing to me for some reason. The G's are too bloated looking. Never really considered Audi other than maybe A5, but for the price of it, I'd rather get something else.
For the coming cars, looking forward to see the new IS and CLA.
But having owned the S for 4 years, I am still surprised how good it looks and drives. It won't be easy to give it up for any of those above mentioned, especially for the amount of money I'll have to put in to get them. So I guess I'll keep it for another 5 or so.
My 2c.

Either a V6 Accord coupe, if I want to stick with a car, or Toyota FJ. Leaning towards the FJ for my next vehicle so I have more off road capabilities. I wont buy anything other than a Honda or Toyota though.. Cant match their quality for the price.
