What kind of Data does 05 TL onboard Computer Store?

What kind of Data does 05 TL onboard Computer Store?
I have a 2005 TL and I was wondering first of all, if we have onboard computers that store data, and if so, what does it store? Does it store tach readings, such as over revving, high speed data...etc? Thanks.
