What features does 07 standard TL have over 06

backup cam, aux input in center console, XM traffic updates.

What else?

I'm looking at 06 vs. 07 to purchase.

MP3/WMA playback capability, DRL, improved transmission, side-mirror lights, fog lights on the front lower grille, clear taillights, new wheels. Those are the ones that comes to mind.

Better seats
Flip key
Improved traffic navi.

I was in the dealer a couple weeks ago and saw that the leather is a whole lot better than the 04 - 06. It's pretty much the same leather used in the RDX (if you've felt or seen it). It seems like the leather in the 07 will not bubble up on the seat itself or crease and crack around the edges so easily.

DRL = Daytime Running Lights

On most cars, DRL's are basically your high-beams running at lower power... not sure how the TL does DRL.

New tranny (both base and Type S)
Revised bumper front and back.
Updated Navi, higher res, downloads phone book on some phones, XM traffic.
Smoother suspension (base model, firmer on Type S)
Non Nav has a much better display.
Slightly changed blue interior lights. (red in Type S)

Is the backup cam standard on the base 07 TL or just TL-S?

Bells and whistles are nice but the new 07 A/T revised from the RL makes the 07 the choice if going A/T. The 07 A/T handles more torque thus it holds first gear in sport shift, has much improved shift points and engine breaking seems to be improved. Drive them back to back and you will notice the improved A/T in the 07.
