What do you think of this '05 SSM 5AT TL?
Hello I'm new the forums and trying to make a purchase on a TL. I have been looking for 3 weeks now and I need to settle for one before my brain fries. Could someone tell me if I am getting a good deal or not??

DETAILS
-black interior
-aspec body kit
-rims I believe are off a 2g TL painted black
-TL-S tail lights + side markers
-custom painted roof
-As for the headlights I am unsure if its cleared out or if its from a TL-S (could someone verify this?)
-Exhausts (I need help identifying this... looks like the tips are from a TL-S)

Yes I agree the wheels look gay... rims are most likely going to be my 1st mod.
As for the miles, it has a Not Actual Mileage title. The odometer reads 35k, but I know for a fact it has 61,000 on it.
Should I be concerned about a NAM title? I know I will probably run into resale issues but any other issues registering the car or anything?

NAM title was given a little before the 1st owner sold it with 26k on it, I called the 1st owner and the acura dealer he had his car serviced and explained to me it was a broken odometer. The dealer also sent me a fax regarding the info on the replaced odometer. Didn't seem like a fraud to me, unless the 1st owner and the acura dealer had something going on...

Learned this lesson when I bought my 2005 DGP TL base. Non-navi with the parchment (or similar) colored interior with 100k miles for 13,000. Starting to regret not waiting for a better one with navi and black interior.
heh i got my 2008 with 30k miles NBP base with navi for only 15k.

That would be me. That was my previous car. Yes the odomoter was changed with the previous owner, and the original miles were not reinstated. The title is clean and I was the second owner. Only thing that I did not like of the car when I traded it in, was the annoying XLR8 motor mounts I installed. Too much vibration
. I tried selling them mounts but no one wanted them. If you have any further questions feel free to PM me.

Lol.. I have to agree with the 2g wheels.. They were never mine, just part of the type-s wheels swap.

Thank you everyone for you inputs, I will keep everything in mind and try not to settle for less. I wish I could pick at all of your brains for more informations, but then again thats what this forum is all about right? I am really starting to enjoy this community and hopefully will be able to join permanently!

you mentioned XLR8 mounts, how many did you replace? And yes I test drove it around the parking lot by the dealer and the vibrations were pretty intense.
As for the quad exhaust, did you weld on the TL-S quads or porche quads? I've been reading your past posts + pictures and if i remember correctly you mentioned welding porche quads.

I changed all three mounts. You can replace the mounts back to stock for less than $250. But im 99% sure the dealer will change them for you.You can text me @ 917-226-0492

Well heres the selling point.. The car has a clean title. I just changed the tranny this past summer in acura of manhattan.. The tranny still under warranty.3 years or 33 k. Whatever comes 1st. Still have all paper work. All my service has been done at Acura of manhattan. Car also has a new rack n pinion. $2g on that work also done at acura of manhattan. Btw the rear is all type-s.. Exhaust, spoiler, bumper, aspec rear kit as well. I removed the porsche tips.

I'm with you. I wish I would have waited as well, but the time line was tight and I was unable to fully check out in person. I am in the process of fixing some things and the next owner will get a better car than I got. Oh well, I'll only keep it for a couple of years anyway.
