What do you do with Trash?
So where do you put your trash while driving? I should put it in a bag or something, but usually i have to stick it in the coin area on the side pocket or in the cup holder...

The only trash I tend to have is a gum wrapper or, maybe, the packaging from a new CD. Either of those just goes in the cup holder until I'm home.

This permits me to avoid attaching one of those black vinyl "leatherette" trash bags to the front of the glove box with velcro.

No seriously....I have the same problem. They should have one of those little trash cans molded into the kick panel on the passenger side all nice and sleek-like.

I have a black bag that hangs behind the pass seat. Got it from Target, with a 5 yr old, best $10 ever spent. Nothing goes on the seats or floor. I empty it every time I fill up.

One on the right for me
^ - when i was a kid my parents bought a trash container that would hang on the front seat for the back seat kids. Just make sure you empty it daily...I'd leave an apple in there ever so often without telling my parents and it would leave a weird smell after a few days.

^^ He's not allowed to eat in the TL, unless we're on long trips. Then that thing gets empty as soon as I stop for gas.

Roll down you driver's window and throw it out. In time, it will dissolve.. or someone will pick it up.
(heh, heh.. just kidding)
I carry a rather small, collaspable vinyl bag into which I put tissues or other similar stuff. Like many of you, there is no food stuff, drinks, or such allowed in my car. Except when going on my vavation. My wife is quite aware of my priorities and treats my car with the due respect it deserves. We do eat and drink "careful" things.. those things which are not sticky and make no mess.

i just throw in in the cupholders if it is small like a gum wrapper or a candy wrapper. For other items, i have this litte plastic bag in the flippy conpartments to throw stuff into.

I just throw everything on the passenger floor and when it gets high enough, it'll leak out every time the door is opened. Then, when it starts smelling like a week old tilapia fillet inside the car, I'll take it to a manual car wash and have everything taken care of for $8 - inside and out. Poor washers long for that $2 tip after all that trash so I'll just give it to them.
All in all, $10 every couple of weeks is something I can bear.
