02 A4 1.8T Quattro - Sold it b/c someone offered me a ridiculous amount of money for the car including mods

97 Integra GSR - My first dream car, wanted one since I was in high school, bought it, modded it, then fell in love with the next dream car, the new A4.

If it wasn't for the person offering to buy my A4, I wouldn't be getting the TL, but the deal was too good to pass up.

I still have my 1997 NSX. I had a 1993 Prelude VTEC that I sold about 1 1/2 years ago. My wife has a PT Cruiser and we have an old 4WD Pathfinder. And my 21 year old Honda Nighthawk 650 cc motorcycle.

'94 Mazda 626 LX-V6. Consumer Reports never seemed to like them, but it was a fine machine....traded it in with over 130,000 miles on it. Have to admit, though........ not even in the same universe as my new TL!

I am hoping to do the exact same thing. Just close to paying off the Gold 00 TL (I love the car)....but the 04 is just so so so tempting. Hopeing to make the upgrade in a few months, right now cant afford the couple of k loss that i will have to eat.

I think this thread is a testemant on the accura customer loyalty

2000 Volvo S70. then one day i was taking my kids to school. Light turns green and a 16 year old who was late for school, ran a red light, plowed into me and totalled the car. Insurance gave me a good deal for it though. and fortunately my kids were totally fine.

Ok, here's my list best as I can recall.

'76 Datsun B210 (Honeybee edition; I.E. total stripper) Bought new, first car of my own. A tad embarassing to drive to high school, but better than the bus or walking.

'80 VW Rabbit. (The reason I will never own another VW/Audi product for the rest of my life. - It aspired to get to the level of POS.) Also bought new. 20+ years, and it still pisses me off! VW's advertising slogan back then was "It's not a car, it's a volkswagen" Should have been my first tip-off that it's not meant to be used for transportation. I've convinced several people not to buy VW based on my experiences. VW cust. service was beyond horrible.

'74 Mustang II. 4Cyl, stick. Stripper, no A/C. Bought used.

'76 Mustang II V6, Auto. Had A/C, main reason for getting it. Also used.

'82 Buick Skylark. 4cyl/auto. Got very cheap from a friend.

'88 Chevy Nova (I.E. California-built Corolla) Also bought from (different) friend.

'95 Mazda 626LX 4cyl./auto "program car" bought from dealer. Found out later it was a Hertz rental. Didn't have tranny problems, but MANY others did, thanks to the ford-built auto. Not bad, first decent car I'd had in a very long time. Minimal problems.

'00 Honda Accord EX-V6 Sedan. Bought new, right off the truck, had 1 mile on the OD. Now has 26K on it. Had it's first unscheduled maintenance 3 days ago - had to replace the battery. Has a couple of rattles at times that are annoying, but no other issues. Could use some more low-rpm torque, though. Still like the Signet Silver color better than any of the current Accord/TL colors.

Soon:'04 TL/5AT/NAVi/Anthracite. Will probably order in the next month or 2.

Hm... 26K miles on a '00 car... I don't know what to say other than you treat it like it was a Enzo Ferrari
