Sorry if this thread is not posted in the right place.

Today, it has been difficult trying to log onto this site, both from work and home. It took quite a while (more like 20 seconds) before the site pops up on the screen even though it has been bookmarked as my favorite Usually it would have taken less than 3 seconds.

Is this site having problems or is it my computer? Anyone having the same experience?

Also in the moderator's forum. Seems like some people have it worse than others, which might also be the fault of the IP provider, but the site is unusually slow at this time. We are waiting for words of wisdom from our computer guru.

 

It's the site, as Ron A and Trackrunner228 note above^^.
I also have had problems since last night, and difficulty accessing Acurazine from both home and work(different ISPs- Verizon and SBC/AT&T) and with different OS and browsers.
Then again, maybe our SOsand bosses found out about how much time we spend here and have started to block the site.

 

same here been having problems getting onto the TL section of the forums..... been really slow and just timing out... hopefully gets fixed soon!!

 

I thought it was a sign I spend way tooo much time here!

 

It seems like things are back to normal now.

 

just tried to log on at 5:30am Thursday and had problems... had to hit reload a few times

No it is not fixed yet! I thought it was just me! LOL! I was trying to remember if I pissed somebody off! Hahahahahaha! I either can't get on, or when it loads, it looks like an outline instead of HTML. But either way, it is s-l-o-wwww as molasses!

But a funny thing is, it isn't like that on my gf's computer! She gets everything in a timely manner and looking right. What's funny about that is that I am WIRELESS on her IP!!!!!! Explain that one!!

I'm starting to take it personal! LOL!

 

Me too! In fact it's taken me close to an hour to get this far, and when I try to post a reply, I get the time out error (this is my 2nd attempt at this reply). I sure hope it clears up soon...

As of 10:30 AM EST, the site seems back to normal! =)

 

Yeah I have been having problems with the thread not completely downloading. I thought it was the computer I was on at first until I went home last night and experienced the same thing.

 

Issue has been resolved. Everything back to normal.
