I just recently bought a CPO TL and now there's a few issues that's arisen. There is constant water/condensation in one of the front sidemarkers to the point where it has rusted and there are missing underspoilers for the car.

I've taken it to the dealership only to be told that it's not covered under the CPO warranty. Is that true? I looked and it said bumper to bumper minus wear and tear and paint/upholstery on the Acura website. Now I'm trying to decide what my options are and whether to just pay for it on my own.
