Warranty Direct

Has anyone used them? and if so what was your experience like?
i heard this was a good or the best aftermarket warranty company to go with. I just bought an 04 and i feel my trans hesitating and bumping the car back and forth in between gear shifts (sometimes). I take it this is the trans problem people are talking about. Is this a sign that my trans is going to go soon?

either way id like to be covered. and if i get this warranty and my trans goes will it be a simple easy take it to the dealer and get new tranny thing or will they give me tons of problems and not fix?

also my steering is really funny. its making some noise and feels like it has a power issue sometimes when turning. I didnt get the recall done yet since i just got it and i hope this will be fixed after that.

Is Warranty Direct the way to go?
