visor stickers

When trying to remove my visor stickers, it looks like a residue is being left behind. Is there a good way to remove them without the residue or to clean the residue?

I read another post about this not long ago in which the same result was obtained (I did not follow up to see if they fixed it). You may want to search the forums to check on this.

One thing that I do recall being brought up is that the canadian TL does NOT have the warning labels. Perhaps one can purchase the visors from Canada ??

I ordered a 31 piece Carbon Fiber dash kit and custom ordered 4 extra pieces to cover the warning labels on both sides of the visors. I just installed it today, so maybe tomorrow I'll take and post some pics.

Somebody mentioned using one of those goo-off products with fairly good success if I recall correctly.

My question is - why bother? You don't really notice those stickers most of the time and you risk f'ing up the visor.

Now, a friend of mine has a Mitsubishi Montero - great SUV IMO - but it's got warning stickers all over the passenger compartment - very ugly. I could see someone wanting to get rid of those *(provided you didn't lease the car)* but in the TL, it doesn't seem worth the effort.

Anyway, if you do it, check out those goo-off products. Good luck!

Thanks everyone. Looks like leaving them on is the way to go.
