I just found out yesterday, that you can actually start a call from the T608 and then transfer it to the HFL.
You can also key in numbers rather than going through the horrible send sequence of the HFL.

Is this unique to the T608? or do any of you guys have this same feature with other phones?

 

That's not the T608, that's the HFL. If you initiate the call on phone, press the HFL button and say "transfer". You can transfer a call back to the phone the same way.

 

My Moto v600 is the same way. so was my SE p900.

 

On my other bluetooth headset, I can make a call from my phone and have the call taken on the headset. For some reason, HFL doesn't allow this and I have to tranfer each time. Can this be fixed with my T616?

 

Ive been wondering how to do that in order to bypass the HFL when its in its I cant understand anything today mood.

 

Exactly! I have a lot more entries in my phonebook than I can actually put into HFL. It would be nice to initiate all calls on the phone and have them start up on the HFL without doing a transfer.
