Never use them.

This past March I bought a set of H8 HID Fog Lights for my TL-S and everything came in fine. Installed them with no problems what-so-ever but when i turned them on the one bulb blew out. I made sure that the bulb was not touched by anything esp my hands. Its no big deal that the bulb blew out, shit happens.

Called them and the mailed me a new one no questions asked. They sent me the wrong one that was not compatible with the ballast. Once again no big deal, it happens.

Go through this routine again and told them the model number that was on the other bulb that still works. They said no problem, return the bulb and we will mail you the new.

Again sent the same bulb that previous did not fit with the same model number as the one that did not fit. The one that works is still the correct model and works and still sent me the wrong one again.

Finally i call back explain in detail so anyone could understand the problem and they said, okay send us pictures of the problem with the connection not working, the model numbers on both bulbs and write an explanation of the problem and email it to them and he they will be looking for it. I told them it would be there before they close that day and it was.

They never said anything back, never called back, nothing at all.

Everyone i talked to was friendly but it is frustrating that i cannot get the product that i paid for, and even more frustrating that the problem is an incredibly easy fix but cannot be accomplished.

I would strongly advise everyone on this website to never use their products just out of their lack of concern with their products.

Just throwing this out there for you guy to go somewhere else.

I've had a number of different transactions (3 or 4) with them and never had any issues...

Ordered with them before and placed an order yesterday..no issues so far with anything, no one is perfect and i'm sure they are willing to help you out. I know you are frustrated but in my opinion, i believe its your first time this had happened and you shouldn't worry about purchasing from them in the future..its a one time thing and it happens btw good luck!

I've dealt with them many times and they've always been helpful and knowledgeable whenever I've had questions.

Sorry to hear about your issues, but I'm sure it's an isolated incident. The quality of their products is top notch IMO.

I agree with the others. Dealt with them many times and will deal with them more in the future.

They're okay, but last time i bought LEDs, one of them was not working, so i returned it and bought another pair in advanced (they offered that option) and was hoping to get refunded the money for the new pair when they received the old pair... i ended up with 2 pairs cause they just sent me another pair when they received my defective one, even though on the paper i said i ordered another in advanced and put the order number in..

im sure they're customer service is not that bad, but it's not all that great when something goes wrong maybe.. other than that no complaints, ordered stuff mutliple times without any problems
