Upgrading the battery cables
Lo folks!
So I'm planning on doing the Big 3 this week but as I was planning, I came upon the notion of replacing or adding onto the OEM battery cable that runs to the fusebox and starter. If you see the pic below, I'm referring to item #8. It looks like it's just a 4ga. cable coming out of the bettery+ terminal and splitting into two flimsy 8ga. outputs to the starter and the fuse box.
Now why would one do this? Based on my experience from my previous car, upgrading/adding onto the battery+ to starter and fuse box resulted in the car starting almost instantly and all electronics and sensors staying happy.
Anyone did this by any chance?
