Update on my Situation.

This was my original post.

http://www.acura-tl.com/forums/showthread.php?t=92405

I went to the dealer this morning and the sales manager looked at it and asked me what I wanna do. He asked if I wanted a new car.
So they are gonna give me a new one.

That's awesome. Hope you don't have to wait too long for it. Who is your dealer?

When you get the third one, the lemon law applies in reverse and they take it away from you.

That's great news. And I know you will check the next one for everything.

Grats!

Awesome, that's what they should do. You pay that much for a car it should be in perfect condition. Good job!

Here is the full story.
The sales manager looked at my damaged anthracite TL and offered to give me a new one. I accepted. He asked me if I wanted the same combo. I know for sure that they don't have another Anthracite/ebony 6mt/navi in stock. This time I picked the NBP/ebony 6mt/navi. They had this one in stock and I also didn't want to wait. The VIN is in the same range as the anthracite, 69XXX.
My sales manager offered his NBP/ebony 6mt A-spec for me to drive for the rest of the day. He had to leave before 5 and I couldn't make it back before 5. There was no loaners available and 1hr wait for enterprise. So he told me to just drive the anthracite for the rest of the day.

I just got home. Now I have a NBP/ebony 6mt/navi.
This dealer has great service. The dealer is DCH Montclaire Acura.

Ok, besides 5AT A-Spec, you have driven all of them already.

You're the only A-TL members ever "own" 3 04TLs........

This should be added into your SIG...

6mtV6 -> 6mt5AT now -> 6mt again -> SSM->Anthracite->NBP

I think some members are confused by my current SIG. Imagine if I used the one you provided. It even confused me at first. lol
Maybe I'll use that in my SIG.

What changed your mind? did you go drive one? I remember you used to stick up for the 5AT and It's history of "bad luck"
BTW how's that "-1 resonator" exhaust job I advised you on?

Sorry I took so long to post the dealer name, etc. I wanted to make sure that I actually get the new TL first. Didn't want to go in and have the dealer change their mind.
