2006 TL. There is a panel just above all the pedals I want to take down to get access up inside to run wires for radar detector. There appears to be one rubber fastener at center by firewall, I have no idea how to undo it. Something like it is near the forward part of dash, near right knee.

How do you pull this panel?

 

grab the pannel at the back and pull it down, there are two clips holding it up there, then slide it back the rubber piece just sits in a mount and will slide right out

 

Thank you. Once I understood how it came out, it was easy! I got the upper left side out too, and mounted the detector control (a Beltronics) in the hole where I took out the blind cap next to the mirror controls. Looks good now.
