Anyone done their business with Umnitza.com website before? I placed an order of Predator Orion V2 LED Angel Eyes with them on the 1st of November and paid an extra $36 for Federal Express (2 day air) delivery and a few hours later, I received an email stating that the U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on November 01, 2010 to expect my package for mailing and 2 days later I checked back and the status is still the same, I called USPS and they said the same thing, they only received the notification but not the package so I contact Umnitza and they say "They will often say this and it’s understandable" so I waited another 3 days, then contact USPS again and they still say the same thing, then once again, I contacted Umnitza and they would say they are sorry and is issuing a trace... So my question is, should I wait longer, or try to cancel my order, and get a refund?

 

Ask for the tracking number and perform a trace yourself. If the item was NOT shipped on the 1st or thereabouts, you can ask for a refund on shipping.

If it WAS shipped on the 1st or thereabouts, you're kinda SOL and left fighting with USPS. Not Umnitzas fault.

 

if you paid for two days and it takes longer then that you should call umnitza and alteast ask for a refund in the difference of two day shipping and regular shipping

Yeah, you're due a refund. That sucks.

 

Still haven't got the answer I'm looking for, so I guess I will cancel the order and get my refund back.

Update: So I called them on the phone, I guess they are respond better over the phone than via email, but anyways, one of the guy said they messed up the shipment and the package is somewhere in California, he apologized and said that he will send out a whole new set... he's also said will stand in line and make sure the package is sent out to the correct address instead of having the USPS pick it up from their office??? Anyways he promised me that the package will arrive on Wednesday, I was convinced enough to give it another shot, but come Wednesday if AckTL05 (he's doing my headlight btw) doesn't received the package I will cancel the order and get a refund.

 

I've heard a lot of stories like this about Umnitza on bimmerforums.com. They seem to promise more than they can deliver.
