The CDM (Chinese Domestic Market) are slightly different than the USDM models. The CDM have different headlights, taillights, and side mirrors.
EDIT: By slightly, I was referring to only the exterior. I'm sure they don't have the same safety features the USDM cars do.

Hey Nice, not surprising.. On my last visit to Mainland China about 5 years ago I saw several 6th Gen Accord Police Cars over there.
Unfortunately the Police Cars in China don't get any noticeable upgrades like the Squad cars here in the US. It's just the factory car with a Light Bar and Siren. A lot of police cars in China don't have integrated computer systems or roll cages like the ones here.
Usually the cops that get to drive those cars are the high ranking office workers lol. Most of the cops in China are regulated to foot duty. Hell most of the cops don't even get issued firearms, just batons.

If that's a chop, then that guy is REALLY good. It does look like a dealership, but maybe those 5 with the light bars are waiting to be transferred to the PD? Like they were bought and set up, but not picked up yet? That would explain why only a few have bars and the rest are bare.

those cars probably were getting fitted there, although it's a toyota dealership...
in china they almost never do high speed chases. most policemen are on foot duty. only high ranking officers or some special duty police have cars issued.

they don't need to chase any cars in China, coz cameras are everywhere...
if u did something really bad, they will set road block, easier and better for public safty than chasing...
Those light bars r huge, but i m sure LED inside there.
