If that's a chop, then that guy is REALLY good. It does look like a dealership, but maybe those 5 with the light bars are waiting to be transferred to the PD? Like they were bought and set up, but not picked up yet? That would explain why only a few have bars and the rest are bare.

Why the HEEZAY do they need these fancy cars to chase after peeps riding on bicycles? How unfair for the bad guys, Lazy chinese should've improved on better fortune cookie flavors....

You do realize only high-ranking officers get to drive patrol cars. The low ranks go on foot - unlike the cops here, who get to ride around in a cruiser all day.
