When an A-Spec front under spoiler is installed on a 2007-2008 Type-S, the honeycomb looking black inserts (that fill in the opening with the fog light) get removed and are not re-used. Are these a drop in upgrade for non-Type S folks looking to do fog light upgrades? I read about a lot of trimming for people installing the fog light kits, but i would think these would pop right into place and save a lot of hassle.

you will have to do some custom fitting to get them to work

Too much work if you ask me. They don't flow on 07-08 base cause the inner part end up like this when you inverted them /\ and the base is \/.
