So I'll likely be going to look at a TL-S in the coming week.

One thing another member pointed out was that it had LED strips in it. I'll know for sure when I really look at it in person (4 hours away) but I'll likely look for replacement OEM units.

Are the Type-S any different from other 07-08 headlights? Fairly common on the used markets?

Yes they have amber diffusers. And the inside of the houseing will be black - not chrome like a base model.

Those are the main 2 differences that are the easiest to tell.

Make sure they say stanley on the lenses and not DEPO. If they say depo then it most likely has been wrecked in the front or someone definately swapped them for some reason.

Its possible. My headlights have been worked by AckTL on here. JNC also does good work.

Pretty common around here that headlights and taillights have had some interior modding done.

I've done a set myself before for HID retrofit on a previous Integra. Bake em in the oven, cut the seal and go at it.
