Type S Headlights?

Anyone know if the type-s headlights will fit on a base 06. I have been searching forums, but can't find anything. I light the dual projectors and the lights are way brighter. Any help greatly appreciated.

1. Your search was horrible since this question has been asked a thousand times...
2. They will fit; your ballasts will swap right over as well.
3. There aren't 'dual' projectors, there is just a bezel ring for the DRL.
4. Type-s headlights aren't brighter by any means.

Light output is the same for both of you guys, given that you are both running stock HID bulbs, 4300K.

Light output is measured in Lumens, and this has to do with the watts that our ballasts are pumping out. All TL headlights are equipped with 35W I believe. His might seem BRIGHTER because he may be running a different HID bulb with a different temperature (kelvin). 6000K is more white/blue but it loses light output as you go up on the scale. 8000K is a deep blue and has even less light output.

Even though his may seem BRIGHTER, doesn't mean his lights shine FURTHER.

IF you guys both still have the factory bulbs his would be brighter due to less hours of usage. Over time the lumen output diminishes.

You also need a solution for the turn signal on the type-s light as it is different.
