Which grill? I know the lower grill won't because the 07-08 Base TL has foglights in the shape of a trapezoid, with the longer base on top.

The Type-S foglight has a grill shaped like a trapezoid with the longer base on the bottom.

Don't mean to jack the thread but..
Will this fit? I know it says it's for the older TL.... But I think the middle grill has too much chrome!

Or how about this one?

I'd like to have my middle grill all black.. or atleast no chrome-looking-bar

Yes, it fits perfect. There are three pieces that I changed, the piece on the hood, the center piece, and the 'V' shaped piece. I also changed the middle part of the lower grills. The brushed aluminum looking part is chrome on the type-s. I think it was around $130 for the four parts.

Can you post pictures? I'm guessing you had to remove the front bumper?

yeah, the front bumper has to be removed in order to remove the middle and lower "V" grilles. the piece on the hood is easy to remove.

It's just a type-s grill and I didn't think it was anything special compared to what everyone else was doing.
