Type S Engine Cover??

Can anyone tell me where I can find an Engine Cover for a Type S? I was taking mine off when I was installing my CAI and one of the hangers in the back broke off, leaving a huge hole in the Plastic cover.

You might want to try posting a WTB ad in the Black Market as well.

Many dealers will price match if you bring in a printout from Delray acuras website...that way you save on shipping

If they dont have it, they will order it for you...thats what my dealer does for me all the time.

Junkyard?

I wouldn't even bother replacing it but that's just me. Mine is cracked in the corner, not sure how that happened.

ya that's way expensive for a plastic cover. I'd find other means.

Not needed. Just another TL heat trap.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I was going to get it thru the website that jokerman826 posted, but shipping is just as much as the Item... The total ended up being like $130.00... Ill check out the local Junkyards. Or just try and cover it with something.

You can ask Jason (his a-zine name is: Jason_HananiaAutos) and see what type of deal he can get you, he really helped me out on parts and shipping, great guy. He pretty much matched the cost and shipping that Delray quoted me but was easier to talk to. you can also use www.acuraoemparts.com (a.k.a. Delray Acura) their shipping is more reasonable that oemacuraparts.com but they are not a vendor that i know of. Additionally, if you contact tim from oemacuraparts.com on here (his a-zine name is: OEMAcuraPartsTim), he may be able to help you out on shipping. There are many options that you have.
