Type-S Emblem

I don't think this has ever been asked or mentioned so I thought I would pose the question and see what people's takes are.

Does anyone know whether there already exists or if there is a way to make the "Type S" http://i938.photobucket.com/albums/a...L/IMG_1097.jpg lettering on the back light up. Maybe not the full "Type S" logo and instead just making the "S" light up in red at night linked to the parking lights/headlights. It can be replacing the entire emblem with a new one or modding the one that is on there now.

Don't think I'd seen or heard of that mod. May be a bit small for a back up light. I guess you can be the first one sporting that.

You would likely have to drill a wiring hole in the trunk lid, but it could probably be done. Interesting idea!

Oznium makes small LEDs which may be suitable for this. I'm sure there are others.

Google "electroluminescent" and see what you can find. I'm sure that there are at least experimental films and paints that could do what you want. Not sure about availability.
