Has anyone gotten a different color aspec bidy kit to make the car look two toned? like say an anthracite body with a black aspec body kit? has anyone done this or thought about it? just curious

 

The infamous mismatched paint issue is more than enough of a "two tone"....

I myself don't think a different body kit color would be a good "two tone" combination/area... Then again, I'm not sure if the style of the TL renders a good two tone idea at all - but that's just me...

 

I don't think I've seen anyone do that on this board.

Personally, I think it'll just look like you found some scrap parts off another TL and stuck 'em on.

 

yea i wasn't planning on doing it i just kinda thought about it for a sec and came to the same conclusion that it would look silly...IF this was to be done...I'd kind of like to see the a-spec kit in carbon fiber and nothing else...

The Honda R&D TL sported a 3 tone with silver in the front blending to a dark blue with WDP Aspec bodykit.

Do a search and you'll find pictures of it.

 

If you do do something like that, it will definitely need to be blended...hmm wdp with a blended nbp aspec kit...

 

save the money, buy a rice cooker, it makes 4 cups of rice with no muss no fuss
