335's are so quick with so little done, it angers me . this E30 is titties though, very solid build and HX35 is a beast.

The N55 isn't very quick, the N54 however is a different story.

^modded* then I agree the n54 has way more potential at the moment but stock they are way too close to say one isn't very quick and the other is a different story imo

only reason n54 is better is because they are more mod friendly with the JB3/4 as N55 does not or has not yet yielded as strong numbers tuned as the N54....but stock for stock they are pretty much even!!! also alot of variables go into play as is it coupe/4dr is it awd or rwd is it 6at/ 6mt or the infamous 335is which dual clutch!!

but yeah they are much mod friendly than our TL's as far as getting quick power for cheap money, but then again they cost a bit more as well and are not as reliable, but thats awhole other conversation

^^you'd need to find one with full bolt ons, meth and a great tune to even hang imo...maybe even in a lighter weight 135, if they are even lighter, idk I'm no BMW guy....I have seen ~450whp w/ full bolt ons and meth on the N54.

Depends on equipment, the 135 can either be lighter or the same weight but 200lbs under is typical. The Burger JB4 factory N54 FBO runs 456whp with stock turbos. With custom turbo setup the best so far is 654whp. Both are without N2O. There are upgraded turbos @ $3000 that sit between the two but IDK what the numbers look like.

A typical car for about $2000 spent dynos over 400whp.

+1 not much weight difference depending on package or what not but like Bear said 200lbs give or talk is all....But I will say this I have seen 135i's with JB4/ bolted on run high 11's but not alot though!..... for the most part not alot of 335's or 135i's you run into with that E30 is going to put much of a fight!

Bear and that 335is JB4 though you def be an interesting race!!!
