Make sure to do the seafoam before changing the plugs.

If I were you, I'd wait till 105k service.

Spark Plugs
Cabin Air Filter
Drain & Fill brake fluid
3x3 Transmission fluid
Inspect Power Steering fluid
Check Coolant (A/C) Levels
Inspect Antifreeze Levels
Replace/Inspect Belt tensioners
Replace Timing Belt
Replace Water Pump
Oil Change
Tire Rotation (Balance, Alignment if needed)
Seafoam
Detail Car

After that, you have a brand new car.

This is assuming you're doing most of the maintenance yourself besides replacing the belt tensioners, water pump, and timing belt.

You can get Seafoam at most auto parts stores as well as Wal-Mart. It's very easy and plenty of instructions in here, just search.

Providing the plugs are the OE, they will be good until the 105K mile mark

a point we disagree on- I feel anything over 60 merits new spark plugs assuming most of us fit in the severe service use limits

I dont care what the book or advertising says- everyone who does it gets 1mpg increase

you can seafoam on new plugs- wont hurt then, but its better to do a few days before if you can

You can disagree all you want, but changing plugs will not yeild any performance or mileage increase. Naturally this is assuming there isn't a dead plug/coil, but the vehicle is operating as normal. Don't believe me, take a look over on the NGK sight and you'll find back up evidence that with today's electronic ignition, changing the plugs will yeild no increase in performance or mpg. Hate to admit this, but the daughter's Maxima had 135,000 on the OE plugs and no improvement after changing plugs.
