just woundering if the TSX HIDs are brighter than the TL HIDs...whenever i see TSXs on the road their HIDs seem to be brighter then the TLs...ive seen a few TLs and the HIDs dont seem to be as bright as the TLs

is it just me or are they really brighter?

I have both a TSX and a TL. The TLs look brighter to me but the TSX looks more blue. I'll go turn the lights on and compare tonight when it gets dark. Maybe I can get pics and post them...

I was in front of a TSX last night and I was convinced it was a BMW with crazy HID's. I definately think they are brighter, however, now the TL's have projectors too, they are not all that much brighter

I think it's the yellow band on top of the TL's HID's (glare protection or something). Or they they've been installed incorrectly (not a surprise based on other broken things in mine).

Just ask a dealer and they'll give you some excuse...

I think alot has to do with how the angle at which they are set.
If you really want to see some bright lights check out the Maxima's

i think the TL lights are pointed towards the ground more
oh welll, just drive with the hi beams on ..then u got brighter lights then the tsx

I have both cars and I think the TSX is pointed a little higher so they may seem brighter.

it's the lenses that makes TSX looks more blue...so as BMW and audi...it's the difference between the lenses...and more things too...if u guys r interested....go there and take a look @ the "MISCONCEPTIONS" in the site......hope it helps...

Hey, thanks. This is very detailed site and explains almost everything. We ever have tons of threads discussing HIDs, but the site you're bringing in has tons of info to read aobut. At least I never see this before.

We have both cars. The TSX just looks different, but not brighter. Perhaps it is the lens differences?

Either way, the lights are awesome!
